It had/has its moments. Im done with ESO in general bar weekly guild trials and PTS testing for now, but PVP despite its many flaws is still great fun.

The key issue is for 2 or 4 builds in a BG to immediately ruin the fun with clearly overperforming builds that just feel unfair. You can go like 20/5/X and feel stressed because the way those 5 deaths happened felt cheap and undeserved.

PvPers make riot, pushing to changes.
A PvE-only gameplay would increase elitism and a flat homogenization (stats,sets,skills).
PvP is the ultimate challenge because you deal with the unpredictable-other people. Who feels rewarded by killing same mobs all the time?
A PvE-only gameplay would demand more and more content, and difficulty increase, where few people could achieve it.
PvP is casual friendly. Who can spend a good time only with 1 hour.
If people are against pvp at least don't comment about it. PvPers don't make hate comments about PvE.

shields was for pve; they got stronger in pvp lol. bol was nerfed so many time; 50/50 pve/pvp.

earthgore is dumb; idk why pve doesn't push for a better skill-based healing set in pve.

shields was for pve; they got stronger in pvp lol. bol was nerfed so many time; 50/50 pve/pvp.

Earthgore should be removed. Nobody needs trash skillless sets like this in the game. Takes 0 skill. It’s literally a rememberance.
Same thing with snipe. Completely trash and skillless and the bugs with it are ridiculous. Removing this ability will make PvP better.
BoL has already been nerfed. Don’t touch this ability
Cloak could use the streak treatment. It’s annoying to fight rolly Polly cloak spammers who hit incap every 5 seconds
Wings.. meh it’s just broken in duels
Heavy armor doesn’t need a nerf.. heavy armor SETS are what need adjustment. Like fury, 7th, ravanger, veiled heritance. List goes on.
