Can Permafrost get a Red AOE indicator like Destro ultimate?

I’ve been having a really hard time seeing permafrost Aoe in heavy combat situations. I have my Aoe indicators on (console) and everything else has one but this ultimate.

Not asking for nerf just want to see it clearly.

I agree that this is an issue. It's confusing why this doesn't show up. It's particularly hard to tell where the edge of the effect occurs, particularly in the middle of a fight.

But if you are outside of its effect in a combat situation and don't realize it is being used, it is extremely difficult to avoid it because it is nearly invisible at times.

Yeah this seems like an oversight. They should add an AOE indicator to Wall of Elements too, since other similar abilities like Twisting Bath already have it.

And Timestop and Negate as well, since it's impossible to tell what you're supposed to roll into or roll out of when the poo hits the proverbial fan.

No that's a L2P issue. There's a very visible animation attached to it.

Post a video of the issue arising from a duel, making sure to include a showcase of your AoE effect indicator settings.

Then, file a bug report and update this thread with the report number and a link to the video.

I do not imagine this is intended behavior.

While we’re on the topic of improving combat visuals, an Alliance color border on Negate would also be appreciated ...

Add Nova to that list, too. All AOE's should have the indicator, don't understand why some lack it. It's especially painful in group PVP where you have a Templar or a Warden on your team and the enemy team. You don't know who's it is without actually getting in it.

Maybe if we all bug report it IG, it might get some attention? It's a very annoying bug/"feature" that some random AOEs don't show up/telegraph.

Some AOEs don't show the red enemy AOE indicator/marker. This is very unhelpful in PVP as it is hard to tell when you are in some AOEs, especially those which are barely visible like Permafrost. Even those which have an obvious graphic, there is no way to tell whether it is a friendly or hostile AOE without the indicator, so this is an essential functionality and should be fixed.

For example, Twisting Path DOES show the indicator (default red), but Wall of Elements DOESN'T. Some others that DON'T indicate include: Permafrost, Time Stop, Negate, Nova, and probably more.

yeah, if sleet storm doesn't have an AOE indicator that's an issue that should be addressed.
