nAS+2 -> Unable to turn in quest after completion

Issue: Unable to turn in quest after completion
Notes: Our guild has run nAS+2 twice in the last two weeks and have been unable to turn in the quest coffer after completion both times. The group did have one wipe on both occasions and completed the trial on the 2nd attempt, however the option to complete the quest is not available. The NPC shows up following the quest and you can open a dialog with them, however your unable to turn in the quest and complete it. Current quest objective shows that we are still at the first step with the task "Defeat Saint Felms, Saint Llothis and Saint Olms" however that was completed once we finished the trial. We did recieve the weapon and gear drops when looting Saint Olms after completion, it just seems like the quest did not progress to completion. This issue effected all 12x players in the trial, no one was able to complete the quest on either run.
Has this already been reported or has anyone else run into the same issue since the last patch?
