Outlaw Refuge in Murkmire

I haven't stumbled across an outlaw refuge in Murkmire yet. How are the Argonians managing to keep an outlaw refuge out?

I'm not on at the moment, but it's in Lilmoth on the west side.

From experiance as a dunmer, i can say that argonians definitely would have an outlaw refuge and that they tend to keep them hidden. Murkmire's is hidden in plain sight as those lizards are crafty.
