I've always been an Imperial tank. With the coming racial passive changes I feel Imperial has gotten significantly weaker as a tank race and now is a beginners race. The racial passives for Imperial now remind me of the gear set "Trainee".
So my question is, what appears to be the meta tanking race in Elsweyr? Nord?

✭✭Seems that for top 1% of players that do hardest trials in game Nord will be BiS.
For all that are not part of HM vet trials I would say Imperial and Argonian will be great, maybe even easier to use than Nord.
Orc is 4th spot if you ask me, followed by hybrids that are Khajiit and Dunmer. Breton can be solid tank as well since all utility skills pretty much do cost magicka.0
