I'm writing on behalf of a friend who cannot register on the forum - this being exactly the reason I'm opening this thread.
I think it goes without saying that they already have a game account. However...
Whenever they got to support > submit ticket> steam > account > help with account > need forum invitation at the very last step of the ticket submission the final button, the submit ticket one, doesn't show up. We've noticed in the form where you need to input your game ID and details of your request you also have a field that's automatically filled with your e-mail. On my account the e-mail shows up in yellow/gold, but for them it's grayed out.
Since this is the only difference between our submission processes I assume there's some kind of issue with their e-mail address but we can't figure out what, they receive other e-mails from ZOS/Bethesada just fine on that address.
Has anyone else run into this problem? Can anyone help?
