Apparently with Update 21 we’re going to be able to port while in combat and to use the quick wheel as well while they try to figure out a way to fix the bug for good...

Maybe ZoS should create "Suicide Platforms" at every keep until they can fix the stuck in combat bug.2 -

That wasn’t explicitly said. It was a quote paraphrasing ZOS saying “we don’t see why not” so it’s 50/50 on whether it happens and then again 50/50 on whether it works.1
