Why Zos? (Racial changes)

How come you state that the desire for racial changes is to make them more equal among other stuff, but then you make new passives that don't do this at all and why are Redguard so obviously better than the rest?
And I have to ask why do you wish to get all the Altmers out there pissed off? This is not the game I paid for, and I'm so sick of the devolopers having to find new way to nerf us cause they don't know how their own game works -.- atleast that is the feeling I'm sitting with as a player

They saw these test results and thought "that's too balanced, how can we ruin it?" And then they went to work.
