Remove it completely. Ingame Items should be given ingame not for buying a salad in a fast food restaurant.

I want this mount. I wish it weren’t blocked for console players and even if I was on PC I’m usually working when they do Twitch streams.

I did see someone on PS4 riding one so there must have been a way to get it at one time. Too bad it’s not for sale as I would gladly throw money at them to buy it so long as it was not for an unreasonable price.

I've opened 200+ twitch streams (2 accs, both NA and EU) and got 0 mount.
So what try do I have to give?
And what should do those who plays on consoles?

Do you mean, watch Twitch streams or actual be a streamer, to get them? Bit confused here. (I don't do either of them)
