Does getting a ticket response from a specialist always take a week?
I have always gotten pretty fast responses from tickets (like within a day or two) but I opened ticket #190126-004724 last Saturday, got a response within an hour saying they were forwarding my ticket onto a Specialist, and I've heard nothing since and it's now Friday.
I have just never had a ticket take this long so I just wanted to make sure it didn't accidentally fall off or something. If this is normal with a specialist though I understand. Thanks!
