Does getting a ticket response from a specialist always take a week?

I have always gotten pretty fast responses from tickets (like within a day or two) but I opened ticket #190126-004724 last Saturday, got a response within an hour saying they were forwarding my ticket onto a Specialist, and I've heard nothing since and it's now Friday.

I have just never had a ticket take this long so I just wanted to make sure it didn't accidentally fall off or something. If this is normal with a specialist though I understand. Thanks!

    Depending on support volume, it can sometimes take longer then normal to get a response back when a support ticket has been escalated. Make sure to avoid replying to a ticket when support has not responded back, as this can cause further delays.

    Same here! On 23 Jan they said my ticket (Ticket Number 190120-000411) was being forwarded to a special team and I have heard nothing since. I filed a bug report and got a cookie cutter response, which I replied to. Not sure how to get a response. I'm close to wondering if it went to Team 86 and has been filed in the Oblivion folder.
