Computer Locks up and reboots.

I am not sure what is going on. I play a lot of games and this is the only one that will lock up my computer and restart it.

I have downloaded the latest video and sound drivers and have checked for temp issues. the computer is running optimal.

I am able to play Black Desert Online in ultra/remastered all day long and have no issues. I play this game on medium graphics settings and i get a checkered screen/pink screen and the sound locks up and then the computer resets.

I really want to purchase the new expansion but i can't foresee paying if the game will not function correctly.

I have run the report that you request to help with this. I have also tried the solutions that have been posted on the forums related to this issue and nothing has helped.

A crash that locks up your entire PC could indicate a more serious issue beyond the game installation. The report you've attached shows you are above the requirements for ESO and that your drivers are updated. You may want to check the temperatures of the graphic card and CPU while playing ESO to make sure nothing is overheating. You can also open a ticket with our customer support team. You can send them this report to investigate the issue further.
