Assassins Guile adds 4s duration. And Morag Tong increases poison damage by 10% (I think this applies to alchemy).

That's poison damage ABILITY. I'm asking about alchemy poison.

Spell damage and spell critical with alchemy poison buff? What idiot came up with that combo?

Not a set, but there is a trait you can put on jewelry that decreases potion cooldown.. I'm not sure if it only counts for taken potions, or if it also counts towards how often your weapon poison procs.
