I was wondering for stamplar or stamina characters in general which is better? Currently updating my stamina characters havent grinded for relequen yet, but will soon. My stamplar is a khajiit so any feedback is appreciated.

PvE? 7/0/0 hands down.
PvP? 5/1/1, 5/2, 6/1 are best but 7/0/0 can work well too for certain setups.

I see alot of 7 medium for pve what about health tho isnt at least 17k required so you dont get 1 shot?
