Looking for Harvest Map help....

So as the title says I'm looking for help with an annoying issue.
Harvest map (until recently) used to show a 3D symbol for clam nodes in Summerset. Now it doesn't. I have the 3D pin turned on for them, tried reloading the database, even deleted it and re-installed. (however all my pin settings remained the same). I tried re-installing Lib3D and LibMapPins too. So one thing I'm wondering is which Lib I need to redo or reload in order to fix it? Worse case scenario, which ones I need to delete from Add-on folder to do a fresh install? (really prefer not to)
