✭They have a statue that says "Cathay-raht statue" in the concept art, and something from the murals of the new prologue with Halls of Colossus shows a Khajiit with digitigrade feet.
So there's hope for some others, but I don't think we'll see all of them, Dagi and Tojay forms will probably be hidden away until the tenmar region is added sometime.
