When is the next event and what will t be? Morrowind or gold coast/thieves guild?

If the twitch schedule is any indication, it should be the Morrowind Celebration on the second week of February:

It's Morrowind Celebration next. It looks like it will start next week sometime but I haven't seen anything that says exactly when.

There's an article on the game web site for about Twitch drops which says:

Morrowind Celebration Event: February 8 at 10:00am EST until February 10 at 11:00pm EST
Drops will go out each day at 10:00am EST starting on February 9

But I should think the event itself could last longer that.

PTS patch notes v4.2.2 had this to say about the Morrowind Celebration:

Morrowind Celebration
Looking for more new events? Enter the Morrowind Celebration! During the event, you’ll enjoy various bonuses while adventuring throughout the zone of Vvardenfell.
Bonuses during this event include the following:
Double reward drops for defeating any Boss
Double rewards from Daily and Weekly quests
Double harvesting resources from regular crafting nodes
In addition, you’ll be able to get one Event Ticket by completing a Morrowind World Boss Daily quest and one ticket by completing a Morrowind Delve Boss Daily quest, once per day per account.
You can use these Event Tickets by visiting the Impresario to purchase the Dawnwood Berry of Budding.
