[SUGGESTION] Werewolf stamina regen

I heard from several players that players who had the gift of Hircine had stamina regeneration when they were not in werewolf form but it was ultimately removed. I can understand why it was removed as you have to transform into being a werewolf to get the bonuses while a vampire doesn't have to do this since they are always a vampire.

But, if you think about the flip side, it doesn't make sense that players that do have Hircine's gift wouldn't get any bonuses at all while not in werewolf form.

For example:
Let's say you have 2 players that are the same race, class, role and with the same gear sets, traits, and enchantments. Why would the player who has the gift of Hircine have the same stamina regeneration as a player who doesn't have lycanthropy at all? That does not make any sense whatsoever.

My suggestion would be that players who do have lycanthropy will get half of the stamina regeneration of what they would normally get while in werewolf form. This will mostly benefit tanks and promote more people wanting to be werewolves. It wouldn't be too overpowered.

As of right now, I see way more vampires than werewolves in the game and the number one reason, from what people tell me, is because you gain no bonuses whatsoever while not in werewolf form. In my personal opinion, I feel like players who want to be a werewolf and have Hircine's power running through their veins that they should get some benefit from not being in werewolf form because they have the gift.

I would like to know what other people's thoughts are about this and if you really consider the reasoning why they should get some benefit, no matter how small, it would make complete sense.

Hircine is supposedly this powerful Daedric prince and his gift is just as powerful. It should yield some benefit in having lycanthropy versus another player who doesn't have lycanthropy.

Because Werewolfs have no downside in human-form? Give WWs buffs in human form and there is no reason to stay human.

You still get stam regen but you have to have the WW ult slotted.

    You misunderstood.

Have a slight bonus to not being in ww form for tanks so they don't all go vampire. You must not have had a tank die 10 times during vCoA2 from fire damage because they were a vampire...

^ This. You were slightly misinformed as werewolves used to get the stamina regen without requiring the ultimate to be slotted, however they CURRENTLY get +15% stamina regen while on the bar the skill is slotted on.

I knew that but having the ww ult slotted prevents tanks from using other more useful ultimate abilities.

All I'm asking Zenimax is to add some slight bonus to werewolf players so I don't keep getting vampire tanks dying all the time during fire fire fire vet dungeons.

It could be really small but have something that sets them apart from non werewolf players. Also, to promote more tanks to choose werewolf over vampire. Most vampire tanks do really well but if it's a dungeon with primarily fire damage, it's frustrating and not fun at all especially when they die super fast since they take extreme amounts of fire damage the higher their vampire stage is at currently.

If a tank is dying from fire damage, it is more of a player issue. I specifically use Mist Form in fire heavy areas on a StamNB vamp tank. In some fights, Mist Form lets me survive things, that was never meant to be survived.
