Launcher Problems

So I'm trying to log into ESO as I normally do on a daily basis and for some reason through Steam it is telling me I have an update and wont open the launcher as it tries to update and always fails after roughly updating for 4 hours. All my friends that I've asked said there is no update and they are unsure as to why Steam keeps failing. My system is fully in check to run ESO so I am unsure as to why im getting this random update and why Steam keeps failing at the download. I tried Steam support and it only sends me here where I continue to not get answered. If anyone can help me with this issue it'd be much appreciated.

There are multiple threads on this same issue today already.
Don’t expect a solution though, ZOS apparently considers this a Steam issue.0
