    I wished it was down again, at least that would prove to ZOS that they need to think about some kind of working fix.

    Sadly, the server is just utterly broken but online, and why would ZOS care about unplayable PVP in Cyro with 2 second lags for every skill or for infinite loadscreens everywhere? Customers pay in advance in this game, no loss for ZOS.
