Poor guildie accidentally deleted his tank... can Customer Support undo?

Hi guys!
My guildie was deleting some characters and accidentally deleted his primary tank!
I was wondering if anybody knows if Customer Support can assist with this sort of thing and restore the poor tank to life. It had a lot of valuable gear on it.
