12-13 hours without double xp, assuming you do one a day to maximize xp. about 6 or so hours when double xp is active. using 50% xp boost on top of that (personaly I'm swimming on those from all the daily logins)

that was completely random groups btw with all that it entails. reason I know it took that long is becasue of xp scrolls as I tracked how many I used.

did it on one of the side alts, kinda casually.
    dirty worthless casual.

About 1 level per day with the daily random queue reward, maybe 2 levels if you're also doing the quest.

This is about what I experienced during the undaunted event. I may have also been using the xp scrolls you get from the daily log-in rewards.

How many days from 10-50 only doing 1 dg a day?

And you already tested it with doing not only one dg a day, but as many as possible?

I mean, that's not really measurable. You are talking about random group runs. Those can be under 10 minutes, or two hours without a completion, especially in the higher levels when the harder dungeons unlock, and depending on your DLC access. There's a big xp drop off from repeated runs.

You have a rough maximum of how long it will take. Think of any thing additional you do as a reduction of that.
If you are trying to speed level, there are faster, though more mundane, ways to do it.

If you do it during an event with a 150% XP scroll and first time doing the dungeon for the quest XP you can storm levels upto about 40, then it takes about two runs per level.

I'm leveling a tank, but i'm sick of alik'r or grind for now.

And i think that is good to level a tank with dgs, just to learn more about the role. But i thinking in running a good number of dgs per day, not only 1. I have two weeks of vacations yet, so is a good time.

And i have 15 xp scrolls stocked, it is possible to get 50 with that only in dgs?

I haven't tested doing more then one per day, becasue you get like a third of xp for repeated runs and that was more of a diversion from playing my main then anything else.

how many days? not 100% certain, but during double xp (witches festival in case of one the alts that did that) I was done before the event was over. I wish I could tell you more specifics, but the only thing I tracked was the number of xp scrolls used.

its going to be pretty fast for you as a tank, since you won't be waiting for dungeon pops (I was leveling a healer, so I only waited a minute or 2). with the number of xp scrolls you have, you should be able to hit 50 before you are through them, even if you do repeat runs.

I forgot to mention. I got lucky and got almost no dungeon repeats (though for some reason I got Blessed Crucible for 3 days straight). which means i also got a ton of xp from completing dungeon quests. (I saw like NO story from them, but at least it was on an alt :/ )

there was a group of around 40 players grinding Dark Anchors in Alik´r Desert this morning, told me it was great way to grind fast xp, they honestly seemed like bots but some of them were active and talking, appearantly they said it was best zone to grind the anchors in due to the short distance between them

People are forgetting the bonus XP for first time kills and the quests, as well as the bonus dungeon finder XP.

I think maybe ~10 hours although its a big guess.

Why don’t you do Skyreach runs with someone or kill mobs solo in a couple dungeons and this one place in Alikr (not the dolmens by the by).

Wear training gear, Scrolls , whatever. In short 10 to 50 is a chore. Just grind it out lol.

Don't do it. You will barely have enough skill points for couple of lines.
Is faster to use xp scroll and do the delves on your alliance zones, and that way you pick the skyshards.
Do also the local dolmens, and move on. If you find someone doing world bosses, do them also.

Saying that if this is your first character, don't. Do the quests, explore this huge game which is more than 2000 hours before DLCs.

Leveling 15-50 in Battlegrounds is much faster I found. Then there is the guy who can level to 50 less than a day, just a few hours I think because he does it through crafting. I forgot the name though.

There are some on the Forum that have leveled new characters in just a few hours. It can be done but not by random dungeons.

If I remember correctly Inklings leveled a new toon in....I think about an hour live on his Stream last year. Interesting way he did it and quite impressive.

while I agree that its better to just quest and all, at least random dungeons come with some extra skill points from dungeon quests as well as some group content running practice (not to mention a head start on leveling undaunted). stuff like dolmen grinds or skyreach etc are just... blah

Yes, for a tank at least is very useful for the practice.

I tried this out for several of my alts while leveling them. It's a super effective way to help level them for the lower levels, but get's much more difficult the closer to lvl 50 they get. This is due to more of the harder dungeons getting mixed in the higher you level. Note that I have a few nice sets of crafted gold training armor I use for leveling all my alts, so it's not a matter of gear being less effective for me. It simply becomes more of a luck-of-the-draw scenario due to getting the super easy dungeons for your random less often.

I wouldn't suggest this as they only way of leveling your toon, as I fully consider the main story and main faction quest the most effective means due to giving great XP in addition to Skill Points, but it's a great supplement to speed your journey there.

Double xp event + 150% scroll then do this:

Queue for random as tank > port to Fg1 > done

You’ll gain a level per run 40-50 and invest about 15 mins or so. Easy way to go because no one fails fg1, and people are happy to do it during undaunted event for fast rando completion.

At champion levels with the enlightenment bonus i hit a max of 2.1 mil xp for the rando dungeon plus the dungeon quest, plus whatever i got for the mobs along the way. Good for around 8 CP or so in the mid-200 cp range

do NOT do this. do NOT assume that random group you got slotted into actualy wants to do the fungal grotto glitch, do NOT inconsiderately spring this on other people. if you want to do this? get a group of 3 other people who are on board and queue up with THEM, but do NOT do this to a random group, for the love of god.

people are NOT happy to do that contrary to the claim. some people go along with it, but we also got a huge amount of complaints during and post undaunted event that actualy had developers take notice and its likely they are going to hot fix this in a near future according to their comments. just... don't. please. you are ruining it for everyone by doing this to randoms

Silly, do both random dungeon and bg each day.
If your stam, bg is great for caltrops and vigor.
I'd recommend doing bg even if you do it more once a day, just aim for 2nd place the xp is great.

Yes, now I had an max cp without skillpoints :)

This other players might want gear, pledge or quest from dungeon, the skillpoints them self is an good reason to do different dungeons then leveling up.
