Psijic Tables- Where do you get them

I have seen some nice Psijic Tables that appear on ESO Fashion and are shown as items on the addon CraftStore but I have not been able to find them in-game. It says that they are random drops from Legerdemain but I have never had any such drops and have not been able to locate either the plan or the furniture at any guild store. Do these tables exist or are they yet to be introduced into the game?
