Additional character slots gift-able?

I know we can't gift houses to each other (sigh lol) but can we gift additional character slots?

I had one gifted to me, and though appreciated, I wish they did didnt spend the crowns on it, as the cost is astronimical for an outfit slot on a single character. It should be an account wide slot, and I wont be buying one myself until they are,"You are brave and you are strong, of this there is no doubt.
