Noob Question About Your Character Marker/Icon on the Map

Sorry if this question was asked before. Tried to find an answer online to no avail. Is there a way to change the color and size of your toon's marker/icon on the map perhaps through an add on? With all the add on map pins (books, shards, harvest nodes, etc.) it's now tough to see my toon's marker readily. Thanks for your help.

    Press R and a blue arrow shows on the map for character location.

    Thanks, that was very helpful. I am still wondering if there is a way to make that icon larger or a different color to make it stand out from the other pins that the add-ons place on the map.
