I don't really mind if there is a problem, it happens. It would just be nice to have some communication or update as to what that problem is, how long it is likely to continue, what they are doing to fix it, etc. Lots of paying customers here. I'm still fairly new but I've put a lot of time and money in so far, and would appreciate some kind of acknowledgement that they're doing something to fix it. Oh well.
