Hello.
So I received an email yesterday stating my eso+ has ended, which hasn't dropped in over 2 years - oops! I try to log in as I would like to purchase Elswyr as well as updating my subscription and because I bought a new home in a different state last year, I need to get the security code from my email to log in - not a problem, I'm used to it, typically takes 30 seconds to receive email and I go about my day.
It's been a while now and there has been no email sent. It is not in my spam folder, and I am checking the correct email account. I would like someone to look into this for me? This has never happened to me in the past.
Please let me know what I can do to rectify this situation.
