No Jewelry for Tier 3 EOC Reward?

Did they change the rewards you get for end of campaign? I got almost 175k gold, with tier 3 on most of my characters, and no jewelry at all.

The winning faction gets rewarded for their teir 3 players.
Losing factions don't (can't remember if 2nd gets the random lock box)@Solar_Breeze

✭✭I've always gotten jewelry before (in Vivec), usually gold, whether we won or lost. This is the first time I've gotten nothing but one piece of purple garbage gear (shoulder piece). I wasn't sure if this was a mistake or not.
