vBRF Earth Elementals Instantly Die or Never activate

in vBRF today, in both boss fights that have earth elementals, the elementals would often come alive and then either become inactive, frozen in their standing position (No animations, no attacking, no healthbar) or would crumple to the ground dead instantly.
This issue seemed to fix itself a little later after a few wipes on Galchobhar. Before that however it was slightly inconsistent, like while on Stoneheart while the bug happened most of the time, the Attros all seemed to be up and working during his execute phase.
