When: After porting in instead of a nice relaxing 70-90ms ping it's Australia-the Moon ping.
What happens: The delay is insane. Players don't walk they teleport. Skills act like peaktime PvP on Vivec.
Who: Everyone in the group/raid.
What to do: Reset the instance.
Since when: Monday or Tuesday.

I'd also like to note that since around Summerset Patch loading screens are either: 10 seconds, 30 seconds, or 5 minutes. Resetting an instance in general is quite laborious because of it. Perhaps a nice button in the lobby of Time Trials with the word 'Reset?' over the top of it that would require only a single loading screen? Just a side thought.

Also been having these instances with very high ping. It can be my house, or a trial, but you will end up going from 80 ping to 600-999+.

Also the load screens into trials/dungeons are really bad. In my raid groups we have been making sure only one person at a time ports into the instance, because it seems to be helping reduce this, but it could be random tbh.

can confirm, this is mostly happening in mini trials for me; usually resetting the instance resolves the problem, but it is super annoying because loading screens are another issue atm

also since about 2 weeks I regularly get endless loading screens when either loading into my house from character select or porting into my house from inside a trial

Same for me too. Getting into a trial, especially the mini ones, is pot luck if you even get in without an endless loading screen and then if it's totally unplayable with high ping.

Sometimes the group spends more time resetting and getting inside the trial then actually finishing it.

This also happens on the houses and in grathwood, too. I got 380 yesterday by ideling in my own house an do nothing - over more seconds. And this happened not only one time.

At Thursday evening we had a delay in our Raid, all of us. An another raidgroup had it, too.

The problem is since last monday patch

Im living at the German/Dutch Border, i play NA and EU, NA cp937, EU cp385, i have on NA around 170 to 240 ping in normal circumstances, on EU 50 to 110ish normally but since around 1 and a half Weeks, i get everywhere extreme changes, often it is so bad that i log back onto NA Server, Im on PC

Same problem here (EU/PC). Everything normal (latency around 100ms). Entered the delve "Icehammer's Vault" in Eastmarch. Suddenly latency wildly fluctuating between 200ms and 4000ms, thus completely unplayable. Restarted game, computer and router. Problem with this delve persists.

Left the dungeon, entered a different one (in Malabal Tor). Everything normal ... latency back to around 100 ms.

They need loading screen inception.

Once you get stuck on a loading screen in ESO then a smaller window opens so you can play Skyrim.
Then you get stuck in a Skyrim loading screen and a smaller Oblivion window pops up.
It keeps going until you're playing Snake on a 8x8 pixel square.

Actually it happens since friday. We tried to do vMHK, but everyone got 500 ping, mobs were teleporting, not taking damage and such. After we laughed our bellies out, we restarted the dungeon and got the same 500 ping. Third try was the same, so wejust left.
Its strange that forums are silent about the issue

Happened here from time to time too, in random instances. I didn't test a lot, but think that leaving instance and/or relogging (after disbanding) does help. It's like roulette, most runs are all right, but an odd dungeon ends up with insane ping - 300-500, spiking to 4 seconds on occasion, everything teleports around, weaving is impossible, even hitting something is a problem.

Happened again yesterday in Scalecaller (all 4 people have 500+ ping, mobs are teleporting and mechanics work wierd). Luckily this time restarting the dungeon solved the problem
