Rite of Passage possible bug

I was at a dolmen where I got hit while channeling the Rite of Passage skill and my health glitched out. My health had gotten stuck at 90% and I could no longer take incoming damage. I tried the /reloadui but my health was still stuck so I had to log completely out of the game before it fixed itself.
All the years I've played as a Templar, I have never once used the skill, Rite of Passage, until I created another Templar this past week. I have no idea if this is indeed a bug or if I was having connection issues. I thought I would report it just in case it is a bug. I found it to be completely strange.
I got hit by an Ogrim at the Hollow Waste dolmen in the Alik'r Desert. The Rite of Passage skill I was using had not been morphed yet.
