On the PS4. While playing ESO and doing the Psijic Order quest Breaches of Frost and Fire. I just closed all breaches in Stonefall and went on to Eastmarch and The Rift, have found all the breaches and closed them but they are not counting down. I am stuck at 3/9. I have abandon the quest 3 times and started off. Can anyone help?
