Are they still character only or are they account now?

*cause i be needing one, but not gonna buy if it still is just for one character.

    Crap. Not gonna buy something that goes waste when character is deleted. Should be account instead. Would even pay triple for that.

    Me too, but at times it would be nice convenience to have 2 outfits you can swap on the fly. Outfit station are not everywhere and i dont have one in my house yet. As an ESO+ member, i suggest 2 free slots for ESO+ members :D
