Is this why they nerfed the warden's arctic blast, so people would not stack these...?

4 – Adds 1096 Maximum Stamina
5 – Summon a blizzard around you while blocking, inflicting 1000 Frost Damage every 1 second to enemies within your blizzard. Your blizzard has a 15% chance of inflicting Chilled on enemies damage.

I think ZOS lacks imagination or creativity when it comes to Cryomancy, so they just recycle (old) Warden skills and put them on an armor set

This is pretty insulting given the feedback they received on Arctic Blast. Hopefully this is just residual effluvium left over from Wrobel’s departure.

Um... with 2x Stamina and 1x health? Not good for a DPS-orientated frost build, and if you're trying to tank using a frost staff and using magicka to block, utterly useless.
