Looking for Guild NA/PST

I have been playing ESO off and on for a couple of years now. I am a member of several great guilds with great members, and they have Discord as their voice server - and they only use it for messaging. I think ESO is a great game, but it gets boring when you do it all by your self. When I'm gaming I do not pay attention to the text screen unless I'm in town unloading my bags, and even then it is only briefly. I spend time in-game to kill things/people, loot/steal wealth, and otherwise do my best to take over the world, not try to get a text message out with the fewest number of misspellings as possible.
I"m looking for a guild that is active and doing normal and veteran dungeons, the undaunted, and trials. I am looking for a guild that I won't be the only person logged into the discord voice channel.
I am coming up on CP 400, have 3 lvl 50 dps builds, I have a tank build in progress, and when the Necro hits I will stop and build one out.
