Can stamina templars (or any stamina class) be decent healers? Or does being a healer require you to invest in Magicka instead to be effective?
And so if it's much better to invest in Magicka, automatically you will be leveling through magic dealing abilities if you want to be a healer as well? And do tanks then use Stamina?
So stamina = tanks and (physical?) damage, magicka = healing and (magic) damage?

I got ESO plus and I'd like to play the latest content possible instead of doing the earliest content. What's the best place to start from where I can keep moving forward towards level cap? If I buy summerset, will I have enough content there to completely level up a character?

    Stamina healers can be wardens
Stamina templars can use remembrance but that does not make them healers

If you are looking for BiS (Best in Slot) stamina healers pale harshly in compare to Magicka ones (just the lack of Magicka to spam energy orbs for the damage dealers in a trial so they can get their resources back is harsh, and the 8% bonus damage to the same 8 damage dealers from restoration staff is nice too).

The best class for stamina healers is wardens (with vigor as main heal of course).

Tanks rely a lot on Magicka skills as well, for self/group buffs, and if you plan on ice staff tanking (congratz, ice staff is for tanks now, sword and board is still considered meta), then it is even a resource for blocking attacks, and bashing.

About content... there are many quests in ESO. and i assume that you mean by max level, lvl 50 cp 160 character (thats where the equipment stops losing viability when you level up). I honestly have no idea. but i think it is possible since my first character was leveled up from 0 to 50 with 160 cp mainly in vvardenfell.

    i hope i helped.

Yeah it's what I suspected. So I can't really group heal properly with my templar which I like as a stamina damage dealer should I equip a healing staff as secondary weapon.
However, it is perfectly possible to properly heal and deal damage with a sorcerer, with destruction and healing staff?

    Very helpful, thanks
