Please ZOS, at least consider loosening up your grip here. When I'm spamming Rapids to get across Cyrodiil and a dog snarls at me, or I'm done fighting and there isn't a live enemy anywhere in sight, I'm not really in combat. So annoying. Can I mount now? Now? NOW!?!
