I am trapped in a Mushroom in Deshaan and can't get out! Please read for details

I was doing a world boss in Deshaan (MABRIGASH BURIAL CIRCLE) when it feared me into a mushroom that I now can't get out of. The game is going berserk, with the camera spamming up and down, and when I try to tp out game crashes and puts me to the log-in screen. When I select that character again it's still in the same place stuck in that bloody mushroom!! What can I do? This character is my main tank and I'm not deleting it and remaking one haha! I guess you could hot mix the game by deleting all the mushrooms in that area, what was I would be free? something needs doing though, its literally game breaking! please message back!

Have you tried eating your way out of the magic mushroom? Seriously tho, creating a support ticket would help you more than a forum post witch does not have any ZOS @ names in it.

I have done and in the email response it says;
"You will not receive a further response to this ticket. We encourage you check the Bug Reports section of the ESO Forums as well."

So that's why I made a post on here too, i'm a noob at this, seems a bit difficult to try and get a direct massage to someone who can actually do anything about the issue.

If you are part of any guilds, you should be able to port to a random person/location using the guild roster (right click on a person's name and travel to them), and this should get you out of the shroom. Likewise you could also travel on someone in your friend list.

If none of these is an option, just ask someone in zone to group you, and travel on them. I'm sure someone would be happy to help

Khajiit thinks you should contact support again and make it very clear, again, that any attempt to port out results in a crash yes.

When they respond, whatever the response, reply back to them again.

You have all the sympathies of this one as this happened to one of my apprentices earlier today:

If you need a response, you have to create the ticket using the support website rather than the in-game bug reporting tool.

You better be very clear to them you have an issue they must fix asap, as suggested by another user "make it very clear".

And they really should stop sending people to the Forum for issues it's their job to solve.

I wish you good luck and to have your tank out of the mushroom really soon.


Being said that, there is an option in game in case you are unaware (the Support should have informed you on this btw instead of sending you to other players to be informed on something they should perfectly know), it's in the help section IIRC, not sure but you try to take a look, it says in the submenu "Get me Unstuck" or something like that, that should teleport you at once to the nearest wayshrine.
Just in case you don't know about this and the Support didn't gave any support (informing you).

Thank you for telling me that, I did actually try it as I asked in my guild for help and someone mentioned it there, but ye ZOS didn't tell me that function... I did actually manage to get myself out but only by chance. I got a friend to come over to be because I was going to try duel him and let him kill me, because obviously the only mob around was a baby guar with 1 hp rofl. Anyway we couldn't see each other because we weren't in the same instance so it prompted me to travel to him which for some reason worked! that TP must work differently to a normal one but idk... I'm out and FREE!!!!!!

Thanks for all the replies and support guys! ZOS kinda should be ashamed that they rely on players to help resolve game breaking bugs! # deleteallmushrooms!

write a ticker while ingame, F1, there second icon, customres contact, describe short: name of your char, wre it is stuck and ask them to help you out, within 2 hours they fix it!
Experienced it myself yesterday afternoon, awesome service, THX to those at cutomers service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Interesting bug. I wanted to comment as well about the /unstuck option, but it seems that it already had worked for you, which is good news.
