Lore Book Missing/Not Appearing?

I like to pick up all the books for my lore library. I'm currently looking for Thoswe Who Stood at Chalman Keep, I have the Lorebooks mod and it's showing me a location for the book, but it isn't there.

I've run around the entire keep inside and out 2 or 3 times and can't find it. I've even asked in chat and they can't help me.

I'm starting to think it's bugged and not appearing where it should be

By the looks of the map pin it should be somewhere around the 2nd flag inside Chalman, but I don't see it.
I've even looked on the altar thing behind the flag, and also behind said altar, between it and the wall.

According to Dulfy, the book in Chalman Keep has been moved to Zimmeron’s war table.

I'm in AD though, Zimmeron is at the EP gate. I have Grand Warlord Sorcalin.

I have the Book in my library, so I went to check if it is on Zimmeron's table. Sure enough, it was placed right beside him. Whether there are other copies, I do not know.

You could make an Ebonheart character for the purpose of obtaining the book. Once you have got the book (at Lv10) delete the character if you wish.

Unless I am mistaken, this book was dedicated to ESO's first crowned emperor and his troops.

The "Library" is char-bound

I have EP and missing 2 books which are in DC-base only. Of course i can read them wih DC chars, but the library of my main still shows these 2 books as missing
