Passive Racial Changes That Are Inbound

I know many complain about it, but I for one love them. I can finally be a Dunmer without a real focus on Magicka AND fire. Stamina Dunmer was gimped, yet I like the race enough to still play as Stamina. The new changes allow me to be less focused on racial passives and more open to class / race combos. The min/max people will not be happy, but some of us love that we can try new things, or be more viable with builds we took by appearance over optimal choices.

✭Boo. This change neutered both the Dunmer MagDK (yet again!) and MagBlade. So yeah. Basically engulfing flames will replace the passive and will be a must from tanks, for all stacked groups. I admit I haven’t thought it through all the way yet, how we can work around it - but we’ll see.
Redguard otoh didn’t need a buff and here we are.
