Pvp tab targeting vs Necro ult

For all the healers out there -could the Necro ult not have super obvious sparkles and root the healer in place for an extended time.
I appreciate it is new content and needs to look great in promo videos but combined with lag, this could be a killer for the healing Necro class in pvp.
Maybe there could be an option in settings to turn on super sparkly commercial worthy effects?
