Can't play and can't create support ticket

I'm normally very understanding. But ZOS has some real problems with fundamental stuff.

Patcher isn't working. It looks like it's not configured properly. Or had a bad configuration that doesn't update. This causes a bug where it endlessly retries until the log is 500MB in size and it runs out of ram. And only way to patch is to use VPN, or repair. And I refuse to have to reinstall the game for this.

I've been trying to get this resolved for 3 months now. Of course I can't open a ticket, because the support site, and support site ONLY. Fails to let me log in when I enter the code sent to my email address. I can get in the the game, or game site, or forums, or account services just fine.

I mean WTF. I know these are not simple things, but they're fundamental.
