If you know TES lore, these are the things that first come to mind when you hear of these races.
How do we make this fit into the game?
I personally think we should have 3 stamina and 3 magicka options, 2 tank options, and 2 or 1 hybrid options. Obviously some of these will have more options like how Orcs could very well fill into a tank and Stamina role while Argonian could do (and still does) tank and Magicka simply by adding very minor stats of either one to it. However, races such as Altmer and Redguard should not benefit of each other's stats meaning that Altmer should not be given Stamina and Redguards should not be given Magicka.
There is nothing wrong with limiting certain races to certain roles otherwise you might as well not add any abilities and just let races fulfill an aesthetic role.
