New Race Change Token
Lets say you do not have Any Race Any Alliance, you want to change your Dunmer to High Elf, but you can't because High Elf is in another faction. You can only change to Argonian or Nord. Would you want this to work like you have Any Race Any Alliance for players that do not have it for this token?
