Make racial passives a bonus not a bound attribute

Instead of all this nonsense of nerfing all the racial passives into the same cookie-cutter layout, give them actual strengths and weakness and put temples throughout the land that allows players to change their racial passives at will for a fee of gold. Call it the spirit of the "insert race" and call it a day. Quit destroying gameplay to force players to role the same exact builds to play the game. Allow them real choices and the ability to change them at will. Not only will this increase build diversity but add a much needed gold sink into the game.

✭✭✭✭✭Most people won't be changing their race. Also while diversity brings it's issues these changes have pluses even if you don't max and min.2 -

✭What positives does this bring into the game. They literally pushed all the passives into the same arena and nerfed key attributes of build diversity to do it.1
