Role-weighted rebalanced bonuses

So ZOS said they rebalanced races according to set bonuses, i.e 1000 of resource, 129 of recovery or damage etc. Out of curiosity I calculated amount of set bonuses for each race per role, PVE, following this:
For dps - main resource, damage. Main resource recovery at 1 point per 2 set points. Health and resistances are accounted in 2-3 times reduced value
For tank - health, resistances, group utility, mag/stam recovery, healing. Damage not accounted, secondary resource accounted in 2 times reduced value
For healer - magicka, healing and main resource recovery, group utility. Health and resistances are accounted in 2-3 times reduced value

Altmer - mDPS 5, Tank 2 (1 point from 2k magicka, and 1 point from magicka recovery passive), Healer 4
Argonian - mDPS 3 (maxmagicka 1 point, main resource recovery from potion divided on 45 sec - 1 point + 1 from all other passives), Tank 5, Healer 4
Bosmer - sDPS3 (but PVP 5), Tank 3 (max stam+stam recovery), Healer 0
Breton - is tricky but 7% of cost reduction for 3k cost of average skill is like 2 points of recovery - mDPS 4 (2 from max magicka, 2 from all recovery sources+resistance), Tank 4, Healer 5
Dunmer - smDPS3 (hybrid4), Tank 2, Healer 2
Imperial - sDPS3, Tank4, Healer 1
Khajiit - smDPS4 (crit chance like 3 points), Tank 2, Healer 1
Nord - sDPS3, Tank 6 (new resistance is 3 point worth, 2 from resources, 1 from ultigen) , Healer 2
Orc - sDPS3 (but PVP5), Tank 3, Healer 1
Redguard - sDPS5, Tank 3 (max stam+stam recovery), Healer 0

Conclusions - altmer ok, argonian ok (still good tank and healer), breton basically most versatile race without being OP - ok, nord - ok (best tank), redguard - ok
Bosmer and Orc basically in the same league good for PVP, completely useless in PVE.
Lore wise I'll add bosmer some "bond with nature" which will provide some magicka recovery, maybe through a proc like restore 500 magicka once per 5 sec on buff ability etc. Won't make them OP as stamdps, bit they will have their place as race with best overall passive sustain;
Orc - simply add more weapon damage, they are strong orcs btw;
Imperial - increase buffs to stamina/health to 3k, plain and powerful like imperials should be;
Khajiit - need some buff related to healing, now completely useless as healers it's not ok, also will male catdps and tank more durable;
Dunmer.. simply a broke after this patch, since hybrid builds are not competitive at all, 258 damage and 1250 resource are too weak for anything. Hybrid also need hybrid sustain i guess, adding 150 mag+stam recovery will save it.

    orc is fine. It has speed and health and stamina with attacks. It's good tradeoffs

    Bosmer I can't speak on cause I would be biased.
