Wouldn't the possibility of a toggle on-off for HM be better, though? If someone trolls, they can just be kicked and the HM get deactivated, just like when you wipe in veteran dungeons.

I mostly agree.

But, sometimes on HRC farm runs, normal or vet, its really, really funny when someone blows the horn. Obviously, this takes the right group makeup, as it typically includes 1-2 players who are just learning how, and was preceded by several deaths and/or the top group wiping. But when done right, its still funny

That's not hard mode though. There's nothing funny about someone activating VHRC HM right before final boss when the group is clearly not up for it.
