I've been searching for the skill book "A Hero's Weapon" and every website says it's located in the mournhold tribunal temple but I'm unable to locate it, I have finished the quests here so I'm unable to go into the inner sanctum to see if it's in there, has anyone found it in a different location or am I screwed? Lol
