Missing Style Pages in collection & outfit station

(PC EU) Hi, I have encountered two problems with the outfit collection. One being a missing texture on the Psijic (One Handed) Axe, and the other being the Storm Masters Chest completely missing from the collection. I have taken two screenshots to make the issues a little clearer:
Now what I've done to resolve the issue was using the builtin repair tool in the launcher and also disabling all the addons. To prove ownership over the storm masters chest, I have picked a character who still had it as an outfit.
Is this issue a common one or is it a local clientside problem?
