- descreases resistances of all affected enemies by 50% and drains resources and health by 20%.

You are already wrong. Red Diamond is an Imperial race passive. If you got that so wrong how can be take you serious with the other information. Seems more like wishful thinking without a bard prayer to hand it on.

I'm also from the same year as my fellow time traveler. ZOS renamed the Imperial's Red Diamond passive to Star of the West in the racial rebalance patch you should be expecting at about this time.

I guess ZOS only add the classes which already in the game . It makes easier .
