Access to Summerset Chapter CE Items

With the announcement of the Elsweyr Chapter, new pre-purchase options have arrived on the Crown Store with some unique details regarding CE items for past Chapters.
I was wondering if the Summerset Collectors Edition items will be available in the Crown Store in their own bundle, much like the Morrowind CE items which themselves became available shortly after the Summerset announcement.

I am aware of the fact that if you decide to purchase the full Elsweyr Collectors Edition (not the Upgrade), you get access to all Chapter CE items, including Summerset. However, the price of that is too high considering that I (as well as many others) are not interested in purchasing the base game again, nor am I interested in purchasing the Morrowing CE items, nor even in the Elsweyr CE items, which is exactly what is included in the full Elsweyr CE. So purchasing the full Elseweyr CE does not make much sense for me or people like me.

Does anyone out there know of a way to only purchase the Summerset CE items, or if ZOS might release them as a bundle in the coming months? Thanks in advance!

So if I just buy the collecter edition upgrade the morrowind and summerset CE items wont be included? That's not nice, dang it!

Unfortunately it does look that way, none of the "upgrade" options allow for the acquisition of previous Chapter's CE items.

Can you link which upgrade offers the previous chapters and the CE upgrades? There si to much "UPGRADED" editions going on I do not know what I am suppose to be buying lol

If you already own the Elder Scrolls Online, you'll need to get one of the "Upgrade" options. The problem seems to be with players like myself who are interested in owning the Summerset CE items but there is no option for us to get it all all.
The only option that gives those CE items would be the FULL Elsweyr Collectors Edition (https://www.elderscrollsonline.com/en-us/joinus)*, but that option is for people who do not yet own the ESO game, but the only other option for us would be the Elsweyr Collectors Edition UPGRADE which does not seem to give any of those old Chapter CE items.

*Make sure you select "Digital Collector's Edition" after you click on the link, otherwise you'll be looking at the Standard Edition.

If you buy the summerset collectors edition upgrade you get CE items like mount and griffin pet.. I just bought the upgrade last night and got those items along with some emotes and the momento

If you own the base game already, your account may not qualify for the full versions, though.

If you have a linked Steam account and you own the base game on Steam (and not here), you should be able to buy one of the full packages here. If you own a base game here and not on Steam, you should be able to buy one of the full packages on Steam.

That's how it worked with Morrowind after Summerset released.
